Alan got a job. He starts next week. Hopefully my sister is going to be watching the kids for me. That would be awesome. It will give me a chance to see her more.

I've been wanting to learn Italian for a really long time. So I'm spending time trying to download free lessons on Limewire ... not having much luck with it. But I'm not giving up because it's something I'm interested in.

Yeah so that's about it.

Yet another weekend past ...

So this weekend was pretty boring.

Friday Night: I almost went to the hospital because of my neck. Instead I ate a xanax to get me through. It made it feel a lot better actually. I have a doctor appt on Tuesday to (hopefully) get some muscle relaxers to fix it the rest of the way because it is still spasming.

Saturday: During the day I didn't do too much because it was hot outside. Lazy days with movies.

Saturday Night: We went to Hunter and Alyx's to hang out and for Alan to drink all their beer. Kinda watched the Astronaut Farmer. Hunter and Alyx kept telling us how dumb we were for not wanting to see 300. Ranted about Alan's stepdad for a minute. Then we went home. Danny was crying in mom's room so I went and got him so she could sleep since she got up with him the night before (xanax does that to me) and he didn't go back to sleep until about 2am. (I went and got him at midnight). So we slept downstairs.

Sunday: Another lazy day with movies ... it's just too damn hot outside.

Yeah that's about it. Alan has an interview today ... Hopefully it goes well. He really needs to go back to work.

Ok so this is the tattoo so far ... still lots of work to be done but every piece has significance to me.

Scar Me For Life

So I'm designing my next sleeve. I've finally decided what it is I want it to be. It took me awhile to get this set in my decision and I'm still open to change. However the basics of the tat will be the same ...

It's going to be "Traditional". I want the skulls, the roses, the stars, all of it. To fully understand the tattoo one needs to listen to the song "Last Tattoo" by Rehab.

This will be my last tattoo
To cover the memory of someone I thought I'd always need
Cover her name with a smoking gun
Make it hurt as much as possible and make it bleed

It sort of signifies my growing up and becoming an adult.

It'll be a 3/4 sleeve. Just like the other side. I chose Traditional on this because:

1. I have Japanese on the other arm and I want it to be completely different

2. I LOVE the Traditional style tattoos

3. I think that Traditional is perfect for what I'm looking at getting.


So yeah ... I'm getting more and more excited about it even though I know it's going to be awhile before I can even think of getting it because I'm so broke right now and I have to finish Alan's tattoo first. But I can't help but be excited. Pictures to come when i have it more drawn out.

So I thought I'd try this thing out and see what it's like. So far so good. I like the layouts they have to choose from and whatnot.

So I have this twitch in my neck. It's been there for a few days now. I slept on it wrong or something. Wishin I had me some muscle relaxers. Meh. I slept on a heating pad last night ... to no avail. But whatever ... i suppose it'll go away when it's good and ready.


Wow ... this song is pretty stupid. Time to change it.
